前作の"The Power Of Mind"に続くIntelligent Music Projectの第２弾。今回はTOTOのヴォーカリストとして知られるJoseph Williamsと、やはりTOTOでの活躍も知られる凄腕セッション・ドラマーのSimon Phillipsとのコラボレーションで制作された作品。 リード・ヴォーカルをLawtonとWilliamsが分け合っている(曲数はLawtonの方が多い)。本作もすべての楽曲の作詞・作曲・編曲・プロデュースをMilen Vrabevskiが担当している。曲調は前作よりもバラエティに富んでおり、じっくり聞かせるバラードからハードロックまで幅広い。
Intelligent Music Projectシリーズは、その後Lawtonの参加はないが、Joseph Williams、Simon Phillips、Ronnie Romero、John Payneらのコラボレーションにより、2022年のVol.VIIまでリリースされている。
