2枚のアルバムを1枚のCDに収録したロシア盤の"2 on 1"シリーズの"Where The Groupies Killed The Blues"と"Mean Machine"をカップリングした作品。裏ジャケを見ると全19曲のように見えるが、"Where The Groupies Killed The Blues"の"Delirium"と"No Reason Or Rhyme"は"6.Summerdream"を構成する組曲的な位置づけなので、全17曲が正しい。 (Gracenoteではこれら2曲がカウントされていて、"Mean Machine"の最後2曲が欠けているように表示されてドキッとしたが、結果オーライだった。)　なお、ブックレットには"Where The Groupies Killed The Blues"のRepertoire盤CDの解説がそのまま掲載されている。
