David Brenchley said:
"The MK35-12 was the only 12-string offered in the Mark series. Twelve prototypes were built in 1977, three of which were destroyed in testing. I have been unable to determine the disposition of the remaining eight. Gibson employees I've spoken to beleive they may have been stripped for hardware. If anyone knows differently or can provide any furthur info, please contact me."
