Next to Animate Shop there is Italian Restrant and GAME ONE is next to it.

That place is in Edogawa word, Tokyo. about 3,4 min. from St. Sobu line Koiwa
There are two wickets. Go out the small wicket, and walk through the shopping mall.
When you go out the shopping mall, across the street.
The place is right there, next to the steam-baked meat pie shop.

It's in Ichikawa-shi, Chiba. Maybe.
It takes a couple of minutes from Motoyawata St. Sobu line, 3 or 4 minites from Motoyawata St. Toei Shinjuku line or Yawata St. Keisei line.
There are two wickets. Go out the big wicket.
And go to South direction.
Soon you will see "GAME IN DAIEI", opposite corner of McDonald.
