how to wrap an inner curve by copper
tape without cracks
When you wrap an inner curve by copper tape, the tape makes cracks
like this.
How can you do it well ? No problem, please wrap like below, using
extension characteristic of copper.
First, put tape on an inner curve.
by a round rod---
Rubbing the whole inner curve, gradually incline the round rod.
Copper tape extends.
Copper tape inclines a little and extends a little.
Gradually incline the rod more, rubbing a few times. Copper never
makes cracks if it is extended gradually.
Finally, push down the copper tape completely and rub well.
Like this you can wrap without any crack.
For wrapping more narrow curve, a narrower round rod is needed.
