7. THE TREATISE ON THE FOUR STAGES OF FAITH AND FIVE STAGES OF PRACTICE:
i. Fine Dharma:
Our soul, essentially, is fortified with “Buddha nature”, and the reason that we are fundamentally the same body and nature with the Buddha is said to be the induction enlightenment principle. That is not HBS’s theory on enlightenment. HBS’s theory on enlightenment is based on the “Actual” enlightenment. It is to peruse the religious soul in a state that can respond with the powers of the Buddha and the Sutra, and to sow Buddha seeds in our soul by listening to the voices of chanting the Odaimoku. Such religious practice is the “actual” enlightenment.
