Mission Statement of Victory Church

　Victory Church seeks tolet everyone lead a better life through preaching.When we say "better life",we mean a life where the present, the future, and forever, one will lead a lifefilled with peace, happiness and love. (In oursentences, when we say "duties" we mean our services based on our faithtowards our creator, "God")

1. Responsibility towards God

Members must holdresponsibilities towards God and never the people(1). Onemust embrace theteachings of God without doubt, pray to make God'steachings become a reality,try hard, and God will evaluate one according to his/her conduct.The Bible isthe absolute standard as to how God will judge one andhis/her conduct.In moredetail, based on the crucifix and preaching, we strive torun an excellentchurch and preach to the people in accordance to God's orders(2).God willcreate teachers and preachers, and our members must abide bytheir words(3).

2. Responsibility towards People and Society

Victory Church seeks tocontribute towards society on a religious level. Insociety, we like toemphasize the area in which we hold our churches. However,we also seek to haveour teachings reach a national, even a global level as well.All this can onlybe reached through preaching.In further detail, we seek to havethe peoplestand before God and have them liberated from their sin andpunishment (4), tellthe people that morals in a society should be based on theBible (5), and,create an opportunity for the people to be able to avoid the finaljudgment (7)made by Jesus Christ upon his return (6).

3. Respecting the Individuals

We respect every member's dignity as well as their individual talentas well asgift.That is because since God shaped humans after himself, (8) allthe talentsand gifts are based after God and at the same time, belong to God aswell (9).Inmore detail, we try to provide an environment where one canmaximize his/hertalent and gift from above. (10) We will provide properjudgment on one's talentbased on the Bible (11). We believe that the HolySpirit will be led into the holychurch by the leaders, members, and membersperforming their duties reachinga consensus (12).

4. The Pursuit of Love

We, Victory church, seek praise from other churches, from society andfromhistory as a Great church. (13) In order fro that to become a reality, ourdutiesand actions must be derived from true love. (14) True love is presentedby thedeath of Jesus Christ at the crucifix and acknowledged by us through theworkof the Holy Spirit. (15,16)

5. Having the Best Management Become a Reality

Victory Church works to make everything and everybody God&'s pupil whoisfull with God and his will by promoting our best management based on theBible.For that, the teachers and preachers will provide an environment wherethemembers can accomplish their duties and lead them towards the rightdirection atthe same time. (10, 21) Our materials, systems, organization,management,programs, decisions, measures are all subject to change based onnew ideas, wewill work to incorporate an aggressive yet affirmative answer intothe mix.When seeking knowledge, we will not set borders between the churchand what isoutside. (17) that is because everything in this world is the territoryof God.(19)What is important is for all the members to think beyond their dutiesandconsider what is best for the Victory Church as a whole and have a visionthatwill make God happy. (18) For that, one must pray and ask the Holy Spirit.(20)

6. Making Equal Opportunity a Reality

The age, sex, nationality, race, and time spent in Victory church willnot play arole upon providing proper position in order to complete one's dutiesor put alimitation on any level. (21) One's God given abilities and talentsshould be usedwisely and extensively in this land given by God and a positionthat is suitedupon one's ability and talents should be given.Therefore, wewill not establishany kind of special treatment regarding how long one has beena member ofVictory Church.We believe that equal opportunity becoming areality is what isimportant for providing our church with peace and love.
