Our Pastor Dr. Inoue Noritake Joshua was the founder of Victory Church in 1980.
He was born in November 2, 1948 in Tokyo.
He graduated from Keio University in Tokyo and Luther Rice Seminary in Atlanta Georgia, U.S.A.with a Doctorate of Ministry.
