Now, Health is the most important subject for us. Health is worth more than money or wealth to us. We understand it in words, but almost all people can't think how to keep healthy by themselves.
So we have to change our way of thinking.

Let's improve our habit "First of all, the improvement of eating habits." When you aren't healthy, you have to understand that you create your health yourself. Almost all of the origin is in your eating habits. Please overweight people take care. They are ill or potentially ill.

The expression "Self inflicted illness" is usual now, but it was called "Adult illness" 10 years ago. In the old days, almost all old men had a rich or high position in his company, so they could have a lot of good food. And they didn't do any exercise because they were too busy. So they were over weight and they became increasingly ill.

In this Japanese society after the recovery of World War 2, Japanese economy has grown enough, that we can get a lot of food and we can eat enough. In addition Japanese home system broke down in the bubble economy society, so many mothers want to work to pay for their leisure activities and they gave a lot of money for food to their children. They didn't cook for their children. So almost all children had some hamburgers in a fast food shop. Nowadays a lot of children get life style illnesses.

You don't need a lot of money to keep your health.
You can keep healthy by thinking about health and changing your habit.
