On Saturday, I took an Aikido Practice Test.
My friend and I tried to pass the 3rd level of.
It used half an hour.
But it was a very long time because it tested many kind of techniques.
We were 4 techniques and we had to perform two movements to demonstrate each one. (Shomen-uchi and Kata-dori).
Shomen-uchi is the receiving technique against a straight hit.
Kata-dori is the receiving technique against a catching shoulder.
Beyond that, there ware the Shihou-nage, the Irimi-nage, the Kote-gaeshi, the Kaiten-nage, the Tenchinage and the Hijigime-nage by each 1 to 3 kinds.
At the end, I had to do some set tests, fee tests and about 50 falls.
I improved my Aikido technique in this test.
But I was very nervous before this test.
I asked my self why I had began Aikido practice.
Because it was very stressful for me.
After the test, I felt that I become stronger in my self.
