Better electric connection between under frame and body

for hübner 4yg coach.

• This page shows how to make better electric connection between chassis and body for hübner 4yg coach.

Original

• In original coach, two contact wires(copper wire/ red lines in above photo) contact only by spring effect of two copper wires.

• Weak pressure of two wires makes contact unstable. Sometime it 'separate' together by itself.

Solution

• Remake contact wire in each end entrance of body about 4mm longer than original (Silver wire in above photo).

• The lengthen wire jut out from under surface of body.

• To prevent jam of two wires, bend contact wire in under frame to down ward.

Result

• Two wires are pushed to under frame by force of wire in under frame.
• The stability of current connection is much better than original system.
• Convenience of disassemble two parts(body and frame) are still ensured.
