Rinzo in Running

I was grown up without having any sport practices at all. It might be because of my terrible inability of sport skill of any kind. Even so, I was rather enjoying normal life and work with given strong physical structure and good shape. At age 47, I realized that neutral fat level in my blood is twice high than normal value. This would often happen for the person who so called fatty. But, I, at that time and today, am in good shape, I suppose. Once I realized it, I started running once a week in order to change my life style, hoping eventually to reduce neutral fat level normal. Because, running was the only thing that I can do without having any sport skill. I tried to exercise running one a week, usually in the weekend. This is not for the purpose for speed running, but for continuing for long. The results was certainly rewarding even to my surprise. The level of neutral fat in my blood dropped to the normal in a short period. Since then, whenever I found suitable fun run that I could participate in all over Japan, I sent my entry application. This have worked, I believe, very much to reduce figure of fat level in my blood as well as to continue the good practice of running till now and in future. Participating to the running event in local city is really a fun and exciting. This would be a great chance to meet people living there who are welcoming all of us with their warm heart minds, and enjoy sightseeing. All these exciting experiences thoroughly refresh my mind. It also would be the totally unique engagement outside my routine life that could recover my fatigue soul and body. I noticed in the recent race events that more handicapped person are entering the race. This meant that social infrastructure in our country is maturing so that they are now able to participate the race as we normal people can do. It makes me real happy to know that our society is certainly heading for the right direction. 6/May/'00 Rinzo (Updated on 12/May/'07) |
