Shipping method

International express parcel is available by EMS, DHL and FedEx.

EMS is operated by Japan Post Office and its shipping fee is reasonable. You could get the item by it at below 10,000 JPY almost anywhere you live except Africa and South America.If you want to know EMS more in detail, visit its English site.

DHL and FedEx are able to deliver the item to you approximately within 1 week anywhere you live. Their shipping fee is, however, quite high compared to EMS. Visit the DHL and FedEx site for further information.

We strongly recommend you EMS on account of its reasonable shipping cost, although it takes a little more time to deliver the item than DHL and EedEx.

If you want to simulate the shipping cost,please use these numbers: if 1 morin huur is packed, its volume is 37*20*111 and weighs 4800 g.

Order confirmation

After receiving your order, we will confirm it via e-mail addressed to you with the information of total fee (including a shipping cost and a remittance charge)and estimated arrival time of the item.

Payment

We could not take your card, the only way for your payment is to transfer the fee to our bank account. We will let you know it along with the order confirmation above.After your transfer, please notify us by e-mail. Confirming your payment, we will send the item to you as fast as we could according to the shipping method you chose.

Returns and Exchange policies

・If you find out any defect on the product, we will exchange it with a brand new one as long as we recieve your notification within 1 week after arrival of the product. ・We will send back to you the shipping fee you incurred to return the product. Please fax the receipt of the fee to us in that case. ・We could not accept a returned product with any other reason except above one.
